Association Meetings



Member Meetings

The Association typically holds two meetings of its membership each year; an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and another General Meeting.  To reduce travel costs and time away from the office, education sessions are normally scheduled around the member meetings. 

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is typically held in May, at which time the business required by the Societies Act (elections, acceptance of financial statements, etc.) and any other matters are dealt with.  A networking sessions is traditionally held at the end of the AGM to allow members to share ideas and concerns with their peers.

General Meeting

The second member meeting is typically held in October in conjunction with our Fall Conference. Any necessary business of the Association is dealt with and committee reports given.

Committee Meetings

Committee Meetings are held at the call of the Committee Chair.
